Need Help with a trade!

Recommended Posts

In my $$ league this is the current offer,

I get JJ Arrington and Ryan Moats for Michael Bennett and Eddie Kennison. I've got Westbrook as a starter and wanted Moats for a handcuff.

QB-Delhomme

RB- Alexander, Westbrook, C.Brown, M. Bennett, W. Green, M. Morris

WR- Holt, Roy W., Chambers, Kennison, Bryant, T. Taylor

TE- Witten, Cooley

I can afford to give up Kennison, but I can't decide if Arrington or Bennett will be the more productive back this year.

Any help??

It depends on how many WRs you start but from face value I would do it. You are deep enough at RB to be able to take a chance on JJ. Also, Bennett is risky himself. Kennison is a nice #4 WR but getting Moats would be great if Westbrook goes down. Being from Philly and watching Moats, the kid looks good. I wouldn't be suprised if he gets a nice amount of action even with Westbrook healthy. Plus, I am really starting to like Travis Taylor since he seems to be taking over the #2 spot in Minnesota.

I'd take Arrington anyday over Bennett. Locking up Moats for Kennison isn't bad either. If this is a keeper league, no brainer. Even if not, I like the trade.

I'd be all over that trade ... to give away Bennett and get Arrington in return is VERY NICE. Starting Bryant over Kennison will be okay.

Do it. My theory is, if you ever have an opportunity to now own Bennett, you should take it. :D

In all seriousness, Arrington, even as a rookie, is more of a sure thing than Bennett, both because he's not as injury-prone and because you don't have Mike Tice playing "Eenie Meenie Miney Moe" before every game to decide if he's going to play that week or not. Also, if TGreen's surgery turns out to be more serious than KC is letting on, Kennison could start suffering more than usual, so better to ship him off before you're stick with him. And you've got plenty of depth at WR to absorb the loss.

I would pick up Arrington... You are solid at RB's and worth the risk and you also get Westbrook's backup.... Not a bad deal and Bennet is injury prone.
