darin3
Well yeah OK I guess it would be classified as a "rate my team" post, which I cannot stand half the time... but I'm really looking for more than warm-fuzzies here. I need some local input, if available on my guys. Guys I am especially curious about I will make a note on... so if you're a homer and have seen this guy do well in preseason or read good things about him in the local paper, please do let me know. 10-team league with graduated scoring (6, 9, 12 points for TDs, based on distance) and bonus points for 300+ passing, 100+ rush/rec and for "non-traditional" TDs (RB catching/throwing TD, etc.) QBs: Bulger, Harrington, Volek (How has Volek looked? McNair just CAN'T stay healthy, can he?) RBs: McCallister, K. Jones, Benson, Moore, Parker (Parker looks good, yeah? Good enough to keep Bettis as a short-yardage guy only once he returns?) WRs: Harrison, Roy Williams, Bruce, Porter, Edwards (How's Porter's hammy healing? How has Edwards looked in camp and in preseason games?) Ks: Rackers, Peterson (How has Rackers looked? Kicking in the desert air, with that offense... could be big.) Ds: Baltimore, Indy I feel darn good about that draft, especially the starters (in bold). Grits and Shins
I give it a 1346.2341256 Does that give you a warm fuzzy feeling?

It all depends on your scoring system, Grits. Now come on. I'm not looking for warm n' fuzzies. Really just looking for local flavor on a couple of these cats. I like my starters but am on my backups.

None of those players are in my locality.

Glabra
Braylon has made some plays in pre-season, but against the 4th stringers. He's also dropped a fair amount. Too early to add anything substantive about him really. Given their offense and his persistent dropsies problem, I wouldn't hold high hopes for him this year. But that's just a personal opinion.
