mstrnewb17
who should i start week one at my second RB position. i already have LT marked in, of course. I have caladic williams, willie parker and stephen davis as my choices for a 2nd RB to go. i know davis is starting, how much time will he split with the other 2 backs? how good will willie parker be in the regular season? or will cadalic be a bust out back this year? please help...... Down The Middle
S. Davis - he will start this weekend and should post the best #'s from your list.
aaronvh
Ouch, those are some sketchy #2 RB's. I guess give Parker a shot, at least all the other RB's over there are hurt.
mstrnewb17
i hear what both of you are saying. i really dont like my # backs either. man they went quick in the draft. not a big fan of the # 1 pick that i have.
Grits and Shins
I am not confident that SDavis will get the lion's share of the carries even if he does start. BTW Shelton is out of the picture now as he is on IR so really it will be Davis and Foster ... assuming that Goings won't be a factor. With the ailing RBs in Pittsburgh I would take the luxury of starting Parker this week and waiting to see what happens with Cadillac. NAUgrad
I'd role the dice and start Caddy. Parker is a close second, but I think Caddy will do well. Stay away from Davis. He can't be in playing shape yet.
Steelhead
I agree with Grits. Give Parker a shot this week. He'll be the primary back whereas who knows how much action Davis will see. Parker's in a better situation than Cadillac, better team and better O-Line. Go with Willie!
NAUgrad
And................
Steelhead
AND Parker ran for over 100yds against Buffalo last year when BUF needed the win to make the playoffs. This week he's going against the Titans and there will be plenty of room to run
Wolv
I'd say Parker this week - Pitt always does well on the ground. Caddy is a close second, but you have the luxury of benching him and seeing how he does this week. Davis should simply be a plugin only during emergencies at this point. He has too much to prove, and may not last a quarter....
Phat Rugby
Parker this week. He will get the carries. The rest are a little too risky right now (although Caddilac is supposed to post good numbers).
