2005 NFL Survivor Challenge: Week 1

Okay, a bit late due to my lack of internet for the last week, but the original Survivor Challenge is back for it's 6th (or something) year of fun. This is annually one of the most particpated-in Huddler events, so let's keep it going.

Thanks to AtomicCEO for hooking us up with the free webspace.

Last year's winner.. redknightsgoingdown, who beat hugh-mungus in the 17th and final week of the season. Very impressive, de-throning former Huddler TrojanMojo who had won each of the previous two years.

You know the rules by now, but copy and pasted direct from last year:

If you've never played before or just need a refresher, here are the rules. You pick one team a week to win their game. No spread, no points, just win or lose. The catch, of course, is that once you've picked a team, you can no longer use that team again for the rest of the year, so choose wisely. Lose, and you're out. If you want to play, be sure to join in time for week 1! No one will be allowed to join after the season starts.

To make your pick, simply post it in the weekly thread (i.e., this one.) Picks must be made by 11:59 pm EST the day before the game! (so, Wednesday night for Pats/Raiders). You may edit your post, but as the thread gets quite long, please be sure to also add another post saying you did so I don't miss it.

I will be posting everyone's picks right here, again thanks to AtomicCEO.

Enjoy!
