Week 1 how'd you do?

Recommended Posts

:D The worst first day of Football I have ever had.

11 teams

1 win.

Needless to say very humbling indeed. :D

Funny thing is I like all my teams...all decent players...but geeze.

Won in HOT,Chatters and 1 Antsports league. Lost in 1 other.

M Anderson and Stover hurt, but Fast Willie helped. This week could be worse.

2 wins, 2 losses

Combined total (rounding up or down for decimals) was:

Opponents: 514

The Pyle: 510

Can't get much closer than that.

Dallas Clark cost me this week--wasn't able to switch him out in time of two leagues.

Of my wins, I was fortunate Philly and Atlanta stepped up their D last night and Akers missing those 2 were a direct reason of one win.

My local loss was directly a result of Jason Taylor's last play against the Broncos :D and in the Handbook league, Josh pretty much held me down and farted on my head. :D

4-2......not a bad start.

But I can't figure out which is worse in losing......having the firepower but playing the wrong guys....or never having a chance to win so no expectations.....LOL. :D

You forgot to mention that your Cowboys & Indians victory was by a point as well. 3 W's by a point, the fantasy football gods were on your side.

Only time I'll be able to say "undefeated" this year:

Usual Suspects (dynasty) = win in a rebuilding year.

That 70's League (dynasty) = win

Scrubs (Keeper) = win

HEFFA (Survivor) = advanced to week 2

4-0 (sorta)

Won one, lost one, but the loss was brutal. No one on my team scored a TD. Favre, A. Green, Alexander, L. Coles, Ro. Williams, Clayton, Heap. That hurts. :D

Actually it was in Cowboys & Indians that my victory was by just over a point ... I had a bigger margin in Generation Lost.

5-0, with wins in 4 BOTH Leagues (Confusion, GMX, Good v. Evil and Cowboys v. Indians) ...

I am psyched for all my teams cept for GMX ... I am a win in the future team and a big winning streak is probably not in my future ...

My fantasy teams did about as well as my Jets did. 1-3. The only bright spot was starting Chris Baker in the AGS (BOTH) league. :D
