Who started Braylon Edwards this week?

Recommended Posts

I had him on the bench today, figured he would need a few week to "ripen" on the bench and work his way up the depth chart. :D Now, I'm sure that part of his success yesterday was due to the fact that he was playing against GB, but If Burleson can't produce, Braylon may find his way into the starting lineup sooner than anticipated.

Don't take the Green Bay factor too lightly... I think a lot of teams are going to look like the Indianapolis Colts (yesterday notwithstanding) against the Pack this year. That is one terrible defense.

I am not sure how Burleson's performance would affect Edwards time... they are on 2 different teams.... unless you meant your lineup...

I like Edwards, buyt not until next year, he may be too inconsistent to start week to week.

2/3 of his yards were on one play, the one he scored the TD on. Until he shows some consistancy he's not worth starting IMO. Are you going to start Patrick Crayton? At least he had more catches last week? Didn't think so, neither am I, but I'm not going to jump to conclusions based upon one performance agains one of the worst pass D's in the league.

Good points by all, but at the same time, Cleveland's offense is showing signs of life. Dilfer is a capable QB, they have depth at RB, even if no one is spectacular, and some talent in the WR corps. I think they will have their share of good offensive days, not just against the likes of the GB's of the world.

he's on my bench and will probably stay there except for bye week fill ins for driver and clayton. still, he has the tools to be a good one. he should progress as the season rolls on too. the browns will likely be trailing in alot of contests this yr so his value could rise.

Their schedule doesn't look kind. I'd keep him on the bench on deeper leagues and check out the WW in smaller ones....

From what I've seen over the past 2 weeks, it looks like the Browns are really going to be spreading it around (a la NE Pats). It will be tough to rely on any Browns WR this year. Unless you're REALLY thin on WR options, keep BE on the bench until he strings 2-3 more good outings together.
