Roo
My team is in my sig. Standard scoring, and note that we start 2 QBs, because it's important to the trade. He's offering me: Carr Dom Davis Moulds Gates I give up: W. Parker Delhomme J. Smith McCardell Troupe Obviously Gates is a nice upgrade. Dom should eventually roll to a solid season and better than Parker (athough sometimes I wonder). But then I down grade bigtime to Carr (I like Delhomme, especially coming up), but I could also play matchups with Losman. And I loose two solid WRs for Moulds, who is sort of worthless. But I do have Housh on my bench. I don't know why this is so tough. My new starting lineup would be QB: Bulger QB: Carr/Losman RB: Alexander RB: Dom Davis WR: Burleson WR: Lelie WR: Housh Flex: Portis TE: Gates K: Brown D: Carolina Edited September 19, 2005 by Roo
aaronvh
Carr Dom Davis Moulds Gates I give up: W. Parker Delhomme J. Smith McCardell Troupe ------------------------------------------------------- I would rather have Delhomme then Carr for sure. I would rather have Jimmy Smith then Moulds without a doubt. I would rather have Parker then DD (right now) I would rather have McCardell then Moulds. Of course I would rather have Gates. So I think its a really bad trade, and no way would I do it. If he is willing to trade Gates find out what he wants just for Gates. IMO.
NavinRJohnson
I don't see any reason other than Gates to do this trade either. You're giving up a potentially great fantasy RB, and your best WR. Plus, if Bulger gets hurt, YOU"RE F'D. Stand pat.
Roo
Holy crap, thank you - brought me to my senses. Also just realized how much the bye weeks would kill me. It's just tempting because I get the high end talent in DD and Gates. Both should be top tier, no? Edited September 19, 2005 by Roo

davehb1
I wouldn't pull the trigger either Davis has not shown that he will be half as good as Parker, in fact that Houston offense is a mess right now...Other than Gates your trading down at every position...
