We had an issue here in good old Bowie, Maryland where these teenage boofers were going around on sundays pulling up along side of older people jogging (most of the victims were in their 50s and 60s) and shooting them in the face with either frozen paint balls or pellet guns. These turds should be thrown in prison, preferably on some desert island without shelter and not released. Period. There is no good in these scum, just false contrition when they get caught.
