Azazello1313
i guess i'm a little confused how this guy, who lives less than a mile from me, could have been convicted of sexual assault on a child in 2000 and be out on the streets today. Gonkis
We had one looking at the last cul-de-sac lot across from my house with his wife and 4 year old boy. I live in a 200 home development with 300 children, suburb of Cleveland. A few well placed phone calls and the deal fell through and the lot is still available. I have 4 kids, 2 boys and 2 girls, no way I sleep at night if that happens. If one was already living there, that's one thing, but to have one move in and know about it before hand. No way. A judge here in Minnesota backed down from his decision to give a child abuser 30 days (!!!) and subbed in 3 years after the uproar. Some of these judges are just plain loopy. muck
I was looking through the list of guys who are in my zip code, and noticed something that creates some mixed emotions... One guy has been a registered sex offender since 6/2/05 ... he was born on 3/6/90 ... so, he was registered not long after his 15th birthday ... for "aggrivated indecent liberties w/ a child" and "lewd fondling / touching" ... Without knowing the details, it's possible/probable that, as a 9th grader, he was feeling up his 8th grader girlfriend and got caught and the girls parents hung him out to dry. Or something like that. Maybe, he was gang-banging a girl after volleyball practice ... I don't know, but, maybe it wasn't too different than what a whole ton of people have done before. Another one has been offender since before he was 15 for "aggravated indecent liberties with child" ... There are lots of different things this could mean, but, I'm sure lots of unreported behavior of this sort came from people who ended up being pretty normal and well-adjusted adults. But, for these kids, do you think they have a chance at a normal life? What about the guy who's been on the list since he just after he turned 21 for "sexual misconduct"? Any chance he has a normal family or career down the road? Lastly, and what's up with the 50 year old dudes who are grinning from ear to ear about being caught with child pornography? ...ain't making excuses, but, I am pretty sure that if every 15 year old kid who got busy with his younger boy/girlfriend ended up on the sex registry, that the world would be very very different... wiegie
In St. Louis if you get convicted of public urination you get put on the sex offender list.
Retrograde assault
Got one right next door, he was a horny teenage boy who got in the pants of a younger, horny teenage girl from what I understand. He aint no threat to me or mine.
