skylive5
You'd figure with a minimum of 3-4 pairs that you must own, you'd easily find some laying around.... then agin, they may be scattered across 15 states by now. 1494445 At least.... I think I left a pair laying on the desk in the Huddle office... but I can't remember that far back. Link to comment

smithkt
Although our customer support is awake 24 hours a day, and they are the ones that can help with any ordering issues you may have. Email: huddlebill@dhdmedia.com Toll Free: 800-935-5771 This link will also get you into your account's help tools. 1494423 Those are perfectly reasonable alternatives, but with all due respect, make sure someone fixes the web based signup. I also am experiencing the same issues with the signup process. The form submit seems to be dropping the user name (email address). This in turn leads to an invalid request. Should be simple enough to fix. In addition, the account tools includes an option to renew, but this is the half year subscription from last year. Shouldn't this have been updated to the new pricing and the new year? Link to comment

Thanks. 1494790 Point taken, but frankly neither you or DMD really addressed the issue head on, only offered alternatives. That leaves it to annoying people like me to get on your case.
