Pretty much. However, once you put, say 10 into fighter, then you can run all aspects of fighting up to 10 (blunt, piercing, slashing, bows, etc.). Then, once you put, say 10 into one of those, you can run all the specific weapons under that skill up to 10 as well. That said, I don't think it makes a whole lot of sense to have your general fighter skill very high at the expense of not having the skill points left over to bump up the specific skills.

 

I agree with this. I also only put points where I have a weapon it benefits. No point in putting points in piercing if I don't have a dagger or spear.

So, I got another piece of jewelry. +5 life. Now I have +4 agility, +4 Resists as well and can only use 2. I assume that the +5 life one is worth keeping over the others because it is more powerful. Which one should I sell?

If it were me, I rather have the resists and agility. How many of your current battles are decided by 5 points or less?

How does stamina work?

 

It doesn't right now. They turned it off. At some point in the very near future it will remake a very ugly appearance.

All the stamina costs on my stuff just basically doubled. I think I'm gonna be in trouble soon. I can only hope that it beats up on everyone.

Thats my plan. I try to keep spells even if I get a hand weapon (unless the hand weapon also adds attributes). So far its working

 

 

I only keep spells that do more damage than my current weapons. But if you don't put SP into magic, they won't du as much good as a weapon.
