If I want to quote two different people in the same reply, how do I do this?

Open both replies in two different windows, copy-paste one into the other.

Or is there an easier way?

Hit the "+ Quote button on each quote you want to use, then hit + Add Reply and all will show up then add your reply box.

BTW, embedded quotes are not enabled.
