Rockerbraves
Wow! Just found out this is the big week, yet no trash talking.
Gonkis
Michigan fan living in Ohio here, I'm not getting the usual bandwagon Buckeye fans talking trash or anything else. In fact, short of an e-mail from my parents (Buckeye fans liviing in Michigan), I think the Buckeye fans are feeling merciful. 'Course I still think the blue can win. Oh yeah, the e-mail... Why can't Michigan make it to Columbus? They can't get past Toledo. :ugh:
Rockerbraves
What are the Wolverines saying about their new coach? Is he getting a pass this season or do they want to hang him?
BS Miscreant
So, did you watch the game or see the score? That's why there was no trash talk... because everyone knew.
theeohiostate
5 Straight against the Wolves. It's becoming boring, but enjoyable nonetheless I don't expect it to be any different for the next 2 seasons either.
Sgt Ryan
There is actually a game that matters in the Big 10 today, but neither of these teams were involved in it.
theeohiostate
There is actually a game that matters in the Big 10 today, but neither of these teams were involved in it. At least we beat our biggest rivals every year. How's Texas treating you boys lately, Heck for that matter, WVU or Boise ? Sgt Ryan
At least we beat our biggest rivals every year. How's Texas treating you boys lately, Heck for that matter, WVU or Boise ? I only wish we could get Michigan instead of Texas this year. We would be undefeated if we played your schedule. And are you really talking sh*t about bowl games, how funny. Gonkis
I am glad the season is over. I want to forget it as soon as possible. I took a nap during the third qtr and turned it off at start of the 4th. I long for the 80's and 90's... seems so long ago now. Then I want a good game at least tonight and this OU-TT debacle is disgusting. How does the 2nd ranked team get punked so badly that it looks like OU is playing a high school team? I hope the NFL is better tomorrow. What waste of time today.
sacosud
There is a lot of opinions that go both ways here in Columbus. Michigan will be back sooner than later with RR getting HIS players and recruits. RR did not have a lot to work with if you consider he lost his top 2 qbs, top rb, most of the o-line, top 2 wr's, and the db's are pretty bare, when Trent Morgan is your shut down corner I think that says a lot about the cupboard being a little bare. Boren's transfer due to the lack of values which was in my view a excuse to leave also gave a hint as how bad things are in Ann Arbor. My feeling is that the Michigan fans and decision makers should be patient and understand this is a work in progress and the ball should pick up speed soon. The recruiting class for UM is pretty solid and I think by 2010 they should be right there for a Big Ten Title. I have heard some media in Columbus say that Michigan should get a coach that fits the mold of a typical Michigan man and that there is no hope for RR in the Big Ten and that he should move on to Clemson. I think that is the last thing Michigan should do and it's a little fool hardy to think RR formula for success which is proven to work in more than 1 program can not succeed in Ann Arbor because he's a outsider with no understanding of what Michigan Football is about. I for one left the few Michigan fans I know totally alone during this past week and I hope Michigan returns to their rightful place soon for the tradition of "THE GAME". I don't ever want to see UM beat my Buckeyes in any game anywhere any place, but I think it hurts all of the Big Ten if they remain down. I see very many people saying they knew he would work out after the fact. I think Michigan is on it's slow climb back and I think it began with the loss to OSU.
