keggerz
WIN A FREE HUDDLE MEMBERSHIP! All you have to do is post your IDP Question here and that will get you chance at the end of the year to win a FREE HUDDLE MEMBERSHIP for next year. Those that have posted questions in the week 1 thru week 4 threads will also be entered for a chance to win the FREE MEMBERSHIP! Your question does not have to be used in the weekly IDP INTERACTIVE article to qualify for a chance to win the free membership. All you have to do is post your question here and please follow the guidelines below. IDP INTERACTIVE Week 15 "IDP INTERACTIVE" is a new weekly content piece that will allow people in the forum to ask questions regarding their fantasy teams and receive a very in depth answer. For this to work and work well questions will need to include some specific information so that all angles can be looked at and covered. The more info the better! What needs to be included with your questions(Trade questions, WDIS, waiver acquisitions etc): 1. Your question.(can be about who to start, trade advice, waiver advice, roster composition, how to assess value of offensive players in a deal etc) 2. Link to your league will be very helpful. 3. Roster(s) (including opponents for match-up reasons) 4. Starting requirements 5. Scoring This is where questions for week 15 are to be submitted. The catch is that you will have to check the paid content area on Saturdays to see which question(s) were selected to be answered that week. I (most likely Darin too) will make every effort to answer the questions that are posted in this thread, they just wont be as in depth as the "IDP INTERACTIVE" answers will be. Here is to hoping that everyone finds this new content an added value to our current IDP content. If you have any recommendations that may help to make this an even better feature by all means your input is greatly appreciated.
eagles2010
I need some help with which LB to start week 15. Beason vs. Denver.....do they pass even more than ever now?? Julian Peterson at St. Louis......seems to have the Rams number Bradi James vs. Giants.... Have a good feeling about James this week Stephen Cooper at Kansas City.... Don't have a feel for this play at all We start 1 LB, 1 DL, 1 DB, and a Flex Lb, Dl, Db. My current line-up Richard Seymour at Oakland Kirk Morrison vs. New England Gibril Wilson vs. New England FLEX is open.............................. Scoring is 1 point for tackles and pass deflections, 2.25 points for every half sack, 5 point Int's, 3 point fumble recoveries and forced fumbles, and 4.5 point for a safety. We do not score assisted tackles. With the little research I did muster into what type of numbers MLB's ( 4-3 ) score verse Denver, what I found wasn't very promising. I think they may even get worse if Denver isnt running the ball with any success. Peterson had a good game verse the Rams earlier this season and Bradie James has been a hot hand lately. Any good insight into which LB is the best play this week? I'm leaning toward's Bradie James, but I've learned from experience that sitting your studs like Beason can hurt sometimes and I do not want to make that mistake as I did with Morrison last week. Thanks
Zooty
Help me win a championship Keg! Start 3 DL, 3 LB and 3 DB My projected starters in bold Scoring is standard and here DL Kalimba Edwards OAK L. Jackson SEA Tuck NYG J. Parker PHI D. White DET LB Bradley Greenway Jeanty Spikes Lofa Thornton Pisa DB Atogwe Y. Bell Mikell Pollard B. Williams DL is a crapshoot after Tuck. Kalimba has been inconsistent so I'm taking a shot in the dark with Juqua LB- Don't like the amount of opportunities Bradley may get. Kind of like Pisa who has been hot and should have chances but who do I bench? DB- Pollard? Not sure how much Philly D will be on the field vs CLE but they do play down to their opposition And a bonus question 3 of these 4 in GMX - B. Scott, Farrior, Lofa, Bradie James. TIA Edited December 12, 2008 by Zooty
Apathy
And a bonus question3 of these 4 in GMX - B. Scott, Farrior, Lofa, Bradie James. TIA I have no vested interest in your GMX league but I believe Kevin Bentley, Stephen Nicholas, and Morlon Greenwood are poised for HUGH games! TIA not sure what happened but I had an answer all typed up and poof it was gone.... anyway...you really arent considering starting a Quesitonable DWhite in his 1st game back from injury vs Peyton are you I would start Kalimba vs a Pats team that does give up its fair share of sacks...I agree with your LB choices and at DB I actually like Brian Williams a bunch this week (especially since I benched him for Kevin Payne ) but seriously I like him much better then Mikell this week.....as for GMX I would be starting Lofa over Bart Scott

Williams back at safety or still at CB? May not matter he's been hot the last few weeks. As far as Lofa, I'm wondering how much PT he'll get against the Lambs offense? Figured Scott would be trying to stop the Steelers run game while SEA-STL will probably be a punt-fest. Thanks!

eagles2010
Well, I won my game and advanced to the Super Bowl. James pulled thorugh with a decent game with that sack. 5 point's right there. Funny that Beason still pulled through with a 10 point game. So glad to have that guy on my IDP squad. Between him and Gibril Wilson, I appear to be set up nicely to lead the league in IDP points with the help from mid-season adds like Morrison. Tell ya what though. Seymour is cut as soon as I can . I gave him 3 weeks and I picked him up just for week 15 's match-up with high hopes, and he let me down again!!! Want to add one thing though. After reading that " worthless " thread I want to say that a guy must be one ignorant s.o.b. to come on a board and insult all the guys that put in the time and try to make accurate predictions. Most of the members here at the Huddle would never lay blame on anything else then themselves. I'll say it time and again. These boards are the best I've encountered and really help even hardcore owners like myself that spend alot of time on fantasy. It doesn't take long to learn what authors are great sources and others who bring up to date information to people in different parts of the country. It's priceless. Not kissing arse, just showing some respect.
