Vinatieri Is God
Not sure where that came from. Tyrese Rice is a stud.
billay
BC played well and the Tar Heels looked like $hit. They needed a punch in the mouth as all the "undefeated" and "clear cut #1" talk was going to their heads. Danny Green actually said in the paper this moning that he was wishing for a "close" game. Well, Danny, you got your close game. It just didn;t turn out like you thought it would. No offense to BC, but it's inexcusable to lose your home conference opener to an unranked. Read that same article. Did not like the tone of it one bit. They mentioned that Green was almost laughing as he said that it would be nice to win a close game once. If there was ever a clue that a team is ready for a bad game, it's when they're joking about how badly they've been beating teams. Oh well, the timing proved pretty damned convenient for Roy to prove a point. I'll go out on a limb here and guess they might be doing one or two extra liners at practice today. Just wait 'till Duke gets hold of them. Duke is going to wish they got a hold of them before this wake up call. BC didn't expose any weaknesses, they simply out-worked a team that didn't come to play. The only chance of UNC not coming to play vs Duke would have been if they'd cruised into that game still having destroyed everyone they'd faced. Well, we don't need to worry about that anymore. UNC shot terribly from the floor as well.
