muck Posted January 18, 2010 Share Posted January 18, 2010 Nigeria May be in the Hands of Goodluck and Patience The health of Nigerian President Umaru Yar’Adua is supposed to be improving but there has been little sign of this. He remains in isolation and the pressure to turn power over to his vice president has been mounting with every day. Goodluck Jonathan has risen quickly from his position as Deputy Governor of a smaller state to his current position – mostly because Yar’Adua has been deeply suspicious of potential rivals.
