Kid , you have to try this 1 cup of water full of ice 2 cups of water no ice 1 cup OJ I cup Lemon Juice I cup sugar 1 egg white Put it all in a blender. Blend well and enjoy. What do they name this drink - salmanilla (sp?)? You blend it in and it gives it the froth. Its fine. There are drinks where egg whites are in the ingredients like pisco sours. It isnt unheard of. We used to make ours that way but didn't go through enough drinks that called for it fast enough so now sort of make it to order as called for (even though that usually means no egg white). Here's my question for you though; You blend the whole mix right from the start? I would think that would use up the frothiness of the egg whites. Our signature drink is vodka with this mix so we need to blend it from the get go because they want this drink creamy when served.
