buddahj
The New York Giants have agreed to terms with free agent linebacker Keith Bulluck(notes). Agent Gary Wichard says Bulluck and the team came to an agreement Saturday. Media reports said the deal was for one year and $2.5 million. Bulluck has spent his entire 10-year career with the Tennessee Titans. He was a first-round pick out of Syracuse in 2000 and grew up in New City, N.Y., about 30 miles north of where the Giants play in East Rutherford, N.J. The Giants have been looking for a replacement for middle linebacker Antonio Pierce(notes), who was released after last season. The 33-year-old Bulluck is coming off a serious knee injury. He tore his left anterior cruciate ligament in December. He was second on the team with 118 tackles in 14 games
TitansFan
I'm disappointed that the Titans seemingly wanted nothing to do with Bulluck. I would've liked to see them give him a short deal like the Giants did to keep him around, even if he wasn't able to start. I wish him the best of luck (except when playing Tennessee) and hope he ends up back on the Titans before he retires.
Zooty
guess the big question is if he moves to MLB from WLB or if he plays weak and Boley moves to strong with Goff at MLB (as they speculated on NFL radio)
Rovers
From the Huddle news wire: Keith Bulluck - LB - Tennessee Titans Posted 7/24/10 11:42pm et Updating previous report, New York Giants LB Keith Bulluck signed a one-year deal worth $2.5 million, reports Bob Glauber, of Newsday. Huddle Up: Bullock returns to the Titans in a one-year deal to attempt to shore up the defensive unit that has seen a steady decline in production over the last few seasons. From a fantasy perspective, the Titans defense should be viewed as a backup only until they start to play at a higher level consistently.
