Avernus Posted August 2, 2010 Share Posted August 2, 2010 apparently, last night at the Mets game in Shea stadium (if they still play at that dump ) they played Ryan Howard's injury on the jumbo-tron which was followed by cheers from the Mets fans... if this happened to David Wright and Phillies fans cheered that injury then it would have been all over ESPN etc. about how we boo santa and cheered Irvin's injury etc. etc. and yeah but it's a little annoying to hear the national media rip Philly fans every time we hiccup while over in NY they celebrate an injury in real time that didn't even happen at the game they attended anyways.... /rant Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
