Cameltosis
I have a friend that is always talking about how good his BCD is. I asked him for the recipe but he wont share. I thought I would show him and ask The Huddle experts if they have a recipe they like. This stuff can be awesome.
budlitebrad
I think this is close to the generally accepted recipe. Spread two packs of cream cheese on the bottom of a baking dish, add in a cup of blue cheese dressing, a couple cans of chicken (or chop up your own chicken breasts), and generous amounts of Franks Red Hot. Cover everything with a layer of shredded mozzarella and pop in the oven at 350 until the cheese starts bubbling.
Bier Meister
while i've never made a bcd, i am sure i could come up with something good. is it a cold or warm dip?
Cameltosis
while i've never made a bcd, i am sure i could come up with something good. is it a cold or warm dip? could be either i suppose but i was thinking warm. i was hoping to find something w/o blue cheese as the Mrs doesnt go for it. i found some online with ranch and cheddar that look interesting. all of them are heavy on the cream cheese. i will have to finagle something. fantasyfemme
Best Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe Ever: Buffalo Chicken Dip 2 chicken breasts cooked and chopped 1 cup of ranch dressing 2 pkgs of cream cheese, softened 1 cup of cheddar cheese 3/4 cup of franks red hot sauce (or however much or little to make it as spicy as you want - I personally find 1/2c to be spicy enough). Beat cream cheese, dressing and hot sauce together with a mixer. Add chicken and cheddar. Bake at 350F for about 30 minutes or until bubly. frankf
I love this stuff, put a little extra of the hot sauce in there for a little added kick!
