HowboutthemCowboys Posted April 24, 2011 Share Posted April 24, 2011 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 diced bell pepper ( we always use red or orange) 4 tbsp butter 4 tbsp flour 2 tsp salt black pepper to taste 1 tsp paprika 1/2 tsp dry mustard 1 1/2 cup milk 1 cup shredded cheddar 2 cans (2 lb.) whole kernel corn drained 2 eggs beaten set oven to 350. Saute onion and pepper in butter. Blend in flour, seasonings and cook until bubbly. Slowly add milk and bring to boil 1 minute. Add cheese and melt stirring constantly.
