buddahj
If I'm not drinking beer, I'll be drinking vodka tonics.

Lucky11
1. Irish Whiskey - mostly neat 2. Vodka - mostly with a splash of Cran-Raspberry, though i've been known to throw it over ice with Rockstar Lemonade 3. every now and again i'll make a rum & coke, put it in a travel cup, and sip that on the golf course i won't touch gin, tequila, brandy, or schnapps. That pretty much sums up my don't touch list (forgot about the others). I might once in a blue moon eg holidays dabble in brandy or schnapps a little. Rum n coke was big in college for some reason esp with women - I guess as it's sweet and college kids are mostly still kids

CaP'N GRuNGe
Don't drink much at all any more, not even much beer. When it came to liquor I preferred a nice brandy & coke.
piratesownninjas
Jack on the rocks. I get everything at cost so I usually have Gentleman Jack around the house. Single Barrell for special occasions. Although I was given a few bottles of grey goose the other day. Just opened one an hour ago. Sour mash.
piratesownninjas
And if I'm forced to go out to a bar or a club to watch a friends band play I'll order some Rumpleminze. It's always fun to buy a couple of shots for unsuspecting friends.

Hugh B Tool
Cazadores or Hornitos straight up(better chilled) with a beer back. Usually a decent PA or IPA will do fine. If not I may go rocks or a splash of OJ with the Tequila. Can't stomach bad Tequila though, even in a Margarita. Oh I have had some fun with "Spiderbites" Tarantula w/ Redbull, but as with any alcohol mixed with any energy drink, these can become dangerous. detlef
Absolutely all over the board. In fact, the only spirit I don't drink too often is vodka. Nothing against it, there's just more interesting things to drink out there. If I'm at Jujube, it's been gin or rum agricole. We've been doing a lot of riffs on the classics, Martinez, Southside, Venetian Martini, that sort of thing with the gins and versions of Ti punch or true daiquiris (which, btw, does not actually include a blender or a bunch of fruit juice (aside from lime). If I'm at Dos Perros, it's essentially tequila Mostly though, if I had to pick my two current favorites, it would be one of these two: 3:1 Redemption Rye and Cardamaro (cardoon-infused amaro) with an orange twist or 3:1 Martin Miller's Gin and Antique vermouth (Cocchi Vermouth di Turino) with a lemon twist Edited May 16, 2011 by detlef
Furd
If you drink any kind of whiskey at all, you'll want to try Pappy Van Winkle's 20 year old bourbon. Simply outstanding.
Square
I know it's still "college-y" but I'm a Bacardi & coke (occasional Morgan) guy. Jack and Coke and Gin & tonic are my backups. Occasional Windsor and 7.

tazinib1
Charcoal filtered bourbon (You hard core drinkers know what I mean) "Old Petrero" which is a Rye Whiskey. Rye whiskey being the oldest whiskey in the US. Good stuff...and a George Washington favorite and product. And of course, Goldschlager. Gold flake filled goodness. I can't drink Gin. I turn into Mr.Hyde. I also can't drink Tequila. I turn into Dr.Jeckyl Edited June 2, 2011 by tazinib1
