Scooby's Hubby Posted June 7, 2011 Share Posted June 7, 2011 American Test Kitchen had a good recipe. It involved White cheddar, Jack Cheese and some other things. Basically they melted the cheeses down in condensed milk to keep the cheese from breaking down too much. THey then poured this over the mac and baked. I always have to put tobasco in my mac and cheese, also cayenne gives it a good flavor. That's the one Scooby does, not the Alton Brown.
