tbimm
I have a friend trying to sign up for the forums and his yahoo email accounts are not being accepted. Why would that be? Link to comment

tazinib1
usually takes a while...talk to David directly. Link to comment
WJW
It's due to spam issues. Have them email support@thehuddle.com with their desired username and password and they will get them registered manually. Link to comment
stevegrab
I had the same issue when I first signed up, before the forum changes. I ended up emailing support and got a quick response. It might be helpful to tell people that you don't accept email addresses from many of the common domains (yahoo, gmail, etc). Lots of people use those for email, or use them to register for things where they don't want email to come to their regular account. As somebody who develops software for business, its very helpful to tell your users when something isn't allowed (either before entry of the field or after when you decide its not valid). Totally understand the spamming issues though. Link to comment
