Big John
Now who will start in his place? Woodson as a position change or MD Jennings would be my best guesses.
Bronco Billy
Shocked. They sure as hell aren't starting McMillian there. GB is much deeper at CB than at S. Gotta think Woodson is sliding over. Still - why wouldn't you keep Peprah on the roster?
keggerz
Reported that Woodson opened camp as the SS in base sets...in the nickel he is in the slot with Jennings at safety edit: bush was at corner with tramon williams (per @PeteDougherty) Edited July 26, 2012 by keggerz
Old Money
Anyone think 2012 2nd round pick, Casey Hayward has a chance to slide into Woodson's spot over Bush or Sam Sheilds? He might make a good late round pick in my dynasty rookie draft. Thoughts?
Kris N
there is opportunity for the rookie cuz bush is horrible.

They have options(depth) at CB which is most likely why Woodson is sliding over to safety
keggerz
Here is my take on the position change effect (PCE) link

He might make a good late round pick in my dynasty rookie draft. Thoughts? I like Hayward a lot, but I think House is the guy he's going to have to beat out to start at CB, not Bush or Shields. In fact, I think Shields is on the bubble to even make the roster. I agree with Kris N about Bush's ability and think he's depth, but right now with House's and Hayward's inexperience GB will make sure they are ready to play at the NFL level. They've improved significantly with the draft additions on D and don't want to leave an Achilles heel at CB, especially playing DET & CHI twice. By the time it all shakes out though, I see Hayward as being the guy to beat and the guy to own in IDPs, and I think with that O and all the throwing other teams will have to do against GB just to keep up, with the improvements in the front 7 on D (keep a close eye on Manning in the preseason - he was a bonafide stud in college and Hawk played very soft last year), and with Williams on the other side; Hayward may be a real sleeper to put up some eye-popping numbers in the second half of the season.
