For anyone that does this, when you copy and paste them, paste them as html. And then, to get rid of the html, type the number 1 into a blank cell, copy it, select the range of the cheatsheet and go to Paste Special -> Multiply. This will get rid of all of the html, etc. so you can work with the info in Excel, and it won;t change any of the numbers, etc.
