You're putting them through a divorce, they didn't ask you to nail their mom, bring them into the world only for you to turn their world upside down. You're being short sighted and incredibly selfish. Second marriages fail even more than first ones, and the success rates really plummet when the new marriage is a result of infidelity. Better odds than not that you'll end up miserable again, either divorced or staying miserable with her out of stubborn pride. Then one day your kids will look down on you when they are old enough to have the full perspective. Give them 110% effort now, maybe they'll respect you in the long run.
