I don't see Yuengling on that chart. If I'm drinking domestic large brewery beer that is mostly what I favor. Priced similar to Bush/Miller at $20/case, and tastes a lot better. I also like Heineken, Becks, Amstel, Stella, and many others on there. I'm all over that chart.

 

The $1.80 price per beverage he refernces for US workers is probably a mix of retail and bar pricing.

 

As for this being a good thing, I agree. It could also be though that outside the US most people don't drink as much low grade mass produced swill as we do. Or that since we produce so much, and consume so much, that our prices are just cheaper.
