I'll never forget the magical evening I spent with Chief Dick. We met just outside the Chiefs training camp facilities in River Falls, Wisconsin. Our eyes locked, and I knew at once this was a fellow Huddler I was staring at. We made our way insided and marvelled at the Kansas City team as they performed several drills for us, displaying their amazing athleticism so early in the year, while an exhuberent Herm Edwards led them with such wide eyed optimism.

After that magnificent display of football acumen and feats of skill that we could only be amazed at watching, we made our way to a local bar while we waxed nostalgia over various summertime beverages, including a refreshing Lemon Shandy that was to die for. Our twosome became even better with the arrival of Moss6, who showered us with golden gifts straight from his heart. As I drove home that evening from that wonderful 3-some, I could only envy Chief Dick and his plans to dangle his pole over the side of the boat later that weekend.

Take care Joe, the Huddle just became a little less fun with your leaving.

Does this mean that I'm buying you lunch this week?

It would appear the answer to the question was "yes".
