i primarily use mine for grilling sandwiches (making melts). i usually play with different breads, meats, cheeses, spreads and relishes.

 

baguette, sourdough, ciabata, focaccia, brioche, olive loaves

 

turkey or chicken/mozz or provolone or tellagio/pesto or pesto aioli

roast beef/boursin/caramelized onions

ham/swiss or gruyere

turkey/brie/carm onions/ apples or pears

shrimp/asian slaw/sriracha mayo

cajun shrimp or chicken/remoulade

 

 

i don't love peppers, but you can make some good relishes with them

Thanks Bier! I am gonna stick with making just sammiches on it. I read I can do burgers, patties, etc but I am pretty sure that would be one hot mess!

 

Made my first last night with ham, provel cheese, caramelized onions, and brushed the inside with a little bit of home made apple butter. Was very very good!
