Down Goes Frazia
Daly & FREDDY FUNK just fell. Fred funk ?? I dunno 'bout that pick...... but it left me the Adam Scott option. I'm on the clock.................
lynch
i didn't think that daly would get to you. Take Adam Scott and we will regroup and get you a good 4th.

lynch
Now look at Verplank, Franco, or Charles Howell III. I think you should grab howell and that way you have the 3rd's covered.
Down Goes Frazia
what about Steven Ames ? He's in the top 5 in earnings...... top 10 in world rankings..... top 3 in top 10 finishes and #1 in final round scoring ? Not sure I like Franco here.......... CH3 is a possiblity. and BTW... I'm up again. Cink & clarke just went.
lynch
I like ames, I do like CH3 though. i don't really know. I say pick Howell and go with a youth movement. Four days at a long tough course mind grind the older guys down. Of course there is always luke donald.
lynch
Go with Howell, longer and straighter off the tee's than Donald. I just don't know about ames.
lynch
Ames is long and straight he might be the way to go. I would just look at Howell and Ames and pick one. But Ames has missed the last two cuts in his last two tournaments.
Down Goes Frazia
Go with Howell, longer and straighter off the tee's than Donald. 333547 driving accuracy Verplank - 2nd. Donald - 25th. Ames - 59th. Howell - 123rd. total driving Ames - 16th. Verplank - 46th. Donald - 53rd. Howell - 105th. CH3 may be long, but he's spent alotta time in the woods this year. By these stats alone........ I think maybe Verplank may be the guy. decision, decisions
lynch
I was going to push Verplank, but you didn't mention him in you last post. I would go with Verplank. I just thought you were thinking Ames or Howell. Go with Verplank.
Down Goes Frazia
Go with Verplank. 333683 I think I'll go with him. I now have Team Squeegiebo + DL3. Squeeg will be proud. :appl: distance don't mean squat if you ain't in the fairway & Verplank is as solid as anyone when it comes to hit'en the short stuff. There was no third peice of input, telling us we were wrong or having better advice.
Squeegiebo
See - you didn't need me - you just had to draft straight from my roster. But I would have said Ames over Verplank.
Squeegiebo
Hey! I just noticed the new sig.
Down Goes Frazia
But I would have said Ames over Verplank. 333797 thought about that..... but the driving accuracy & the fact that Ames has cooled off as of late made me go with Scotty V. Plus I wanted to ride Team Squeeg-moblile to the final victory of the year.
Down Goes Frazia
Hey! I just noticed the new sig. 333800 Love Miller...... love his show.... love everything about him. He pulled this one-liner outta his ass last night on Leno....... just about fell outta my chair. ROTFLMFAO
Squeegiebo
He pulled this one-liner outta his ass last night on Leno....... just about fell outta my chair. ROTFLMFAO 333937 So next time I whoop your butt in a bet, your sigline should be "Elizabeth Edwards makes me horny." Speaking of which, you wanna bet Ames vs. Verplank, same rules as the Open bet, 2 week sigline?
Down Goes Frazia
Speaking of which, you wanna bet Ames vs. Verplank, same rules as the Open bet, 2 week sigline? 334012 No, No & NO !!! I'm having buyers remorse on Ames right now. I had him pegged from the get. Shoulda waited 'till I had all the varsity panel here before I pulled the trigger on Verplank. Now watch him get scooped with the next pick & win the f*ck'in thing.
lynch
the only reason I didn't push you towards Ames was the last two tournaments. He has missed the cut in his last to outings. I think that you made the right choice.

Down Goes Frazia
Goosen withdraws from the PGA. :violin: for the 5th. pick. Actually we're gonna add a 21st. pick so he can replace him. Our rules allow it.

But the PGA does seem to be the major that has some unsuspected Champions - he could luck out. Maybe I should play Sabbatini instead of Mickelson. NOT! I'm thinking Mickelson, Verplank and Scott for Team Squeegiebo. Obviously you like those guys. But there is Justin Rose to consider.
