David Johnsons seems the safer pick between him and Bell and when it snakes back to you if Gronk is available you can take him and then the best available WR/RB. If not then just the two best availabe of WR/RB. I think you're not going to get a top 3 QB regardless of being 1-3 or 10-12. But when it snakes back to you in round 5 you can take a QB5 very likely.
