Tate gets tons of targets, but tends to lose red zone targets, so I have to bank on volume against Atlanta. Feels like a coin flip. Help me break the tie? 2. Eagles DEF or Bucs DEF: Eagles are rated highest among streamers against Manning and the Giants. However, Tampa is great overall and will face the Vikings without Bradford.
