I think they both finish in the top 5-7, if not higher, at fantasy WR this year. Disclaimer: I just traded for Evans, so I'm high on him. I don't want to be impatient but could this be due to his nagging injuries that limit him game after game? Evans has been healthy and is getting fed. Julio gas 1 td this season while Evans has 4.
