Alphashado Posted December 16, 2017 Share Posted December 16, 2017 Barber took over for Doug Martin after Martin committed a soft fumble with 3:41 remaining in the second period. From that point forward, Barber out-touched Martin 10-0. We would expect Barber to get the Week 15 start and dominate work against the Falcons. This from the same analysts that predicted he would get the start in week 14 after his week 13 breakout. Yet Doug Martin still got the start in week 14 and only got benched after a fumble. All reasonable logic points to Barber getting the start Monday, but I haven't seen or read anything official.... and coaches don't always do what makes sense. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
