If Perine is out, Bibbs will be Washington's only option at running back.  The Broncos seem like a tough matchup having given up the 4th least fantasy points to opposing running backs this season.  But over the last 7 weeks, they've given up the 10th most fantasy points to opposing running backs.

Kapri Bibbs expected to 'play a lot' Sunday

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Kapri Bibbs is "expected to play a lot" in Sunday's game with Denver.

With Samaje Perine questionable, Bibbs has potential for a full workload this week. Even if Perine plays, he should handle all pass-game work and looks like a lock to get more than the 10 touches he saw last week. The Broncos have a top-three run defense, but there's some narrative value to Bibbs in a matchup against his former team.

Me too with barber gallman and Gillislee. If Perineis out, hes a lock for 15 carries and 5 catches.

Volume is never a guarantee either, but at this point, already down Brown, possibly Thomas,  I have to flex the high volume prospect.

Bibbs is going in win or lose.
