Absent that information, but assuming it is only 1 keeper, a fairly standard lineup and 12 or less teams, I think Kelce has a slight value advantage in this case and would take him for a 10th. If there are more keepers, or if its a 2RB required, plus flex, 12 or more team league, then you get into the debate of positional scarcity at RB and whether that vaults Henry's value up enough to reccomend him over Kelce in this case.
