michaelredd9
Allison has 'established himself' as No. 3 WR http://www.rotoworld.com/headlines/nfl/378069/allison-has-established-himself-as-no-3-wr?ls=roto:GB:topheadlines The Green Bay Press-Gazette's Ryan Wood writes Geronimo Allison "has quietly established himself as the team’s No. 3 receiver." "He is always in the right place," Wood continues, "and his combination of size (6-3) and sure hands make him a reliable target." With Randall Cobb out, Allison worked as the No. 2 in the preseason opener, well ahead of the trio of rookies seemingly drafted to replace him. In good shape to win the No. 3 job in an Aaron Rodgers offense, Allison is worth drafting in deeper formats. darin3
Weird, what I was hearing was that Allison was looking plodding and I know he fell out of Aaron Rodgers' favor last year. I don't trust this guy at all.
Big John
Problem is that none of the rookie receivers have supplanted him.
loaf
so it's not that Allison's noticeably sharper than last season, the competition isn't noticeably better than him. Staying away...

I'm not sure if that's a huge problem. They're rookies. J'Mon Moore has looked pretty good. Jake Kumerow, while not a rookie, has flashed. I'm staying away from Allison even with this snippet coming out. Meh.
squirrelmastr21
Cobb is going to get cut and Allison will be WR2. But more like WR3 behind Graham.
XFlash
Cut Cobb? How high is is $$$? Would it be significant savings? I can't see Aaron letting that happen after he lost Jordy. He needs dependable WRs.

Per spotrac, cap hit of 12.7 mill this year, last year of his contract with dead money of 3.65 mill

They could release and resign. Or ask him to take a pay cut.
