heehawks Posted September 23, 2018 Share Posted September 23, 2018 So how does everybody feel about James Conner long-term. It seems to be a crap-shoot on when or if Bell comes back. Is week 10 the magic week where the bottom falls out on Conner when Bell returns? Will he have value when Bell eventually does come back? Is he worth targeting to acquire via trade for use during the next 6 weeks? Or will he be useful for the rest of the season? Feel free to discuss... dope man Posted September 24, 2018 Share Posted September 24, 2018 I traded Zeke last year because I was worried about him getting suspended and me not having anything in return for him. It was a horrible decision and it ruined my team. Now with Conner I will ride the roller coaster till it comes to a complete stop and hope the ride doesn’t end. Gourdeau Posted September 24, 2018 Share Posted September 24, 2018 (edited) There is NO WAY the Steelers pull Conner out of the starting role if he keeps playing well when/ if bell shows in week 11. A. The steelers will surely apply for the 2 week roster exemption upon his return, so he'd be out week 11 and 12 . B. He's fat / out of shape ( as seen in photos on the seadoo) C. He's lost the respect of his teammates, most importantly the oline.
