Agholar had his best production from the slot last year with Jeffrey on one side and Torrey Smith on the other. When they lost Smith and signed Wallace (then Matthews), they realized neither drew any meaningful coverage (which is why Matthews actually had a decent game in London)....the coverage stays with Agholar inside, and his production has slipped these last 4-5 weeks since Wallace hit the shelf. Tate will occasionally line up in the slot, but he will play mostly outside, freeing up coverage for both Jeffrey and Agholar. Expect the Eagles to start using Nelson like they did last year: possession guy, 6-8 targets per game, 5-7 catches, 60-70 ypg type numbers as his floor. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
