Dez Bryant... Torn Achilles?

Seems like this is such an obvious example of how important training camp really is, and that no matter how in-shape one thinks they are, a player cannot just jump right back into football after sitting out for so long. LeVeon should weigh this heavily in his decision to play this year.

Hope Dez makes a full recovery.

Glad I held onto Smith and didn't shell out big $ in bb waivers for Dez like a couple of guys in my leagues did.

Waste of money to blow on Dez. Having watched him for the cowboys the past couple years, he looked average at best. They bid for the name.

Was really looking forward to him proving he still had some game left in him. Such a shame and it's going to be very tough to get a team to take a chance on him now. Maybe the Saints keep him on and give him a shot in camp.

Saints players plan on supporting Dez by "throwing up the X" in the game vs Bengals Sunday. Pretty cool considering he never played a down in a Saints uniform. Several other players and Saints fans sent him messages of support and encouragement as well.

Word is he tore it on the very last play of practice, too.

Also hearing that they will likely bring in Brandon Marshall, who impressed them last week in a workout.

And they signed him today.
