Morally it's not as bad as Peterson, but the fact that it's on video and will persist forever as well as being ingrained in everyone's mind makes it as bad as Rice's IMO. It's not as easy to sweep under the rug. The league basically asked forgiveness from the general public regarding domestic violence when the Rice situation happened, and now this.
