Yesterday limited due to wrist injury, today limited due to knee.

Time to panic?

Mmm, I don't know.  Isn't "limited" far better than "out"?  If he were out yesterday and today I'd worry.  If he's limited again tomorrow that might be something but at this point, if I were a Mixon owner, I'd just be a tiny bit worried.

True, you just wonder with the Bengals season basically over....why risk it?

If everyone went with that mentality, 2/3 of the league would bench their stars. He's on his rookie contract and the Bengals have little to lose since they haven't signed him long term.

I am sure @Shaft has those same fingers crossed for Rodgers and Gurley to sit.

I was thinking the same thing. No luck with Rodgers and Gurley plays as well but i could see him being shutdown early in the games if it's out of reach. Which would suck. In that case, I'd rather just start McGuire.

He was back to practice today.

Not only that, but was fully removed from injury report. He's good to go.

Joe Mixon (wrist, thigh) was removed from the Week 16 injury report and will play against the Browns.

He practiced in full on Friday after being limited on Wednesday and Thursday. All the Bengals have on offense, Mixon should again flirt with 25-30 touches against Cleveland. He's now the AFC's leading rusher after big Weeks 14-15. Dec 21 - 12:28 PM
