This has been going on since the dawn of time . Saints got jobbed. I get it. Pats game wasn't determined by the refs IMO. Putting calls aside I was very entertained yesterday

Anybody saying the games sucked are morons, I don't care if you are 10 or 110. Some bad calls, yep. Pats who are universally hated (except by their fans) in another SB, makes me want to barf. That doesn't mean the games sucked, just fans unhappy with the results.

Both were amazing games. 2 OT Championship games, what more could you ask for?

the results are a huge factor in the event. Suppose you're having sex with a beautiful woman and her husband comes home.

the results are a huge factor in the event. Suppose you're watching an intense and thought-provoking movie only to find out at the end of the movie that it was all a dream in the main character's head?

the results are a huge factor in the event. Suppose you're checking off an item on your bucket list. You're 2,000 feet up in an airplane with amazing views. You're going to parachute for the first time. The first 1000 feet are amazing! Then the parachute doesn't open.

Reminds me of the summer in colleges when I was mowing lawns for extra cash.  An especially nice looking woman invited me in for a glass of tea.  One thing led to another, and I find myself having sex with her bent over the kitchen table.  Suddenly, we heard the front door open, and she said "That's my husband, quick try the back door!".  So that's what I did.  In retrospect, I should have run out the back, but you don't get an offer like that every day...

I know the NFL doesn't care, but I and pretty much every Saints fan I know will not be watching.

To me the marquee matchup would of been Brees vs Brady. Besides a betting interest I couldn't care less about this game.

Rams are not good against the run.    Rams will game plan to stop the run.   Pats will come out and throw all day long.     When the Rams adjust at halftime the Pats will run.     That is why they are so hard to beat.     I give the edge to the Pats in this one.    I think BB having two weeks to prep is a huge advantage Pats.    Experience - Huge advantage Pats.

But we all know that anything can happen.     Should be a fun one to watch.    Sorry we made it again.   I know the world is sick of us.    I don't blame you.     And I agree that each team should get the ball in overtime.

I like the Pats as well. Goff vs Brady in a Superbowl doesn't seem fair. He will not lose 2 Superbowls in a row.

I don't hate the Patriots, I admire the Patriots, but it's just repetitive.  I may put a decent chunk on the Pats.  That D line of the Rams really needs to ball out and create problems.  And Goff can't go deer in the headlights.  He's been both good and not good in pressure this year.

Always been an NFC guy so I'm going for the Rams.  Just that simply.

I was happy to get the Pats at -1.5 and the under at 58. The lines is creeping up. Vegas is loving the Pats, get some!

Bingo.  Refs are better than ever.  But they are more under the microscope than ever.  And television now has the ability to instantly show a bunch of different angles in high def when the refs do screw up.  Running backs fumble, quarterbacks throw picks, and defensive players slip but fans expect refs to be perfect.  Unrealistic expectations from whiners.

I hear you and your right to an extent. But there is no excuse to miss that call. There were 2 refs within 15 feet who had great angles. I don't know how it's "unrealistic" to expect them to make that call or any of the other ones they get paid to make

This, exactly. These guys officiate at the highest level and get paid to do it. They shouldn't make mistakes that a grade school ref wouldn't have missed.

Good stuff. They could of just paid me. I could have missed it even better.

The money is pouring in on the Pats. It will be interesting to see what happens as we get closer to game time.

"The Patriots did open as a one-point underdog to the Los Angeles Rams immediately after the AFC Championship Game. However, it took mere minutes for the line to move to favor the Patriots. It swung to the Patriots side, and by Monday morning was at Patriots -2.5. In the week since, money has poured in heavily on the Patriots, and sportsbooks find themselves awaiting some kind of rush on the Rams."

I read something interesting recently, see linked article below, scroll down to Early Scouting heading.

Romo's first "interview"

CBS Sports Sean McManus was in Houston for SB 49 and asked Romo for his feedback on the game, he proceeded to give them a concise but thorough run down of the Pats and Seahawks strengths/weaknesses, they were floored.

It's unreal how much he really knows. I never really paid much attention to him. But since the playoffs started I can't turn him off.
