eanenson
Posted about a week ago about this team, wondering how ya'll think I've done so far and where you think I should go next. Took on an orphan dynasty team this season that finished 8th out of 10 last season, Full PPR, no SF. Keep 15 every season. So far have made some moves to build for the future, interested to see how you all think I have done so far and whether I should keep dealing before season starts or if I should sit and wait for teams that have a shot to get desperate before the deadline. Any advice is appreciated! Trades completed so far: Gave: Carson, Goodwin (unfortunately this was done before all the great Carson news out of camp) Received: Hunt, Sutton, Gus Edwards Gave: Hunt Received: 2020 1st (likely later, from last years runner up) Gave: Rodgers Received: Jimmy G, 2020 1st (likely early-mid) Current Roster QB: Jackson, Ben, Jimmy G, Darnold RB: Michel, Murray, Ajayi, B. Hill, C. Edmunds, G. Edwards WR: Lockett, Sutton, Davis, Fuller, Sanu, Stills, Funchess, JJ Nelson, MVS TE: Olsen, Eifert, Cook, Andrews, Fant (pretty log jammed here still, may try to pawn off Cook or Olsen when someone realizes they need a TE mid-season) IR: Trent Taylor Taxi: Lock, J. Meyers, H. Renfrow 3 2020 1st round picks (mine should be early, plus a mid and later one) First year doing dynasty so any advice is appreciated. Should I work on getting more firsts? Try and move more players or wait it out at this point? Thanks! Edited August 14, 2019 by eanenson
turbotooslow
Damn...I like the moves you've made for the future. As the team stands now...it doesn't look good. You need serious help at every position. Tough to improve a team in a dynasty but you are certainly on your way. Good luck and hit that waiver wire hard.

Good luck and hit that waiver wire hard. Much appreciated! Definitely agree though. Im trying to find the balance between collecting talent/assets but also making sure my pick next year is in the top. And yea that's the other thing I've been working on is hitting the wire hard. Had to revamp a lot fo the previous owners players, picked up Taylor, Renfrow, Meyers and Hill as flyers buy RBs on the wire is just so thin! Montana is da Man
I like the moves you made so far with the exception of Carson (but we'll see how that turns out.) Love your team getting 3 1st round picks in 2020. You're doing a good job so far and I would not stop there.

It’s my first dynasty team so definitely still feeling stuff out as far as who to trade and player worth. Lockett seems like one of my last big ticket guys for teams looking to win now, would you look to deal him? Or would you look elsewhere on the roster like some of my TE’s later when people realize they have a need?

I would look to move Olsen or Eifert (if he gets off to a good start)
