No it looked like he had it to me. I'm getting really annoyed with replay. They can't even seem to get it right on replays. They are going to say it wasn't clear well if you look at enough angles it was pretty clear that he wasn't down and where he landed. Tough spot for the 49ers kicker. That's a pretty awful spot to be and he just shanked it. Russell Wilson's scrambling ability is The X Factor in tight spots like that.
