purplemonster Posted April 13, 2020 Share Posted April 13, 2020 (edited) Well, they intentionally sabotaged the rule from the start, not overturning even obvious PI so it was a bit odd. Might as well end the rule and streamline the game, which is probably better anyway. This will age well. Purplemonster is right - they never gave the rule a chance because they wouldn't overturn a damn thing. Ever. Remember how we all felt after the AWFUL call against the Saints? So now we basically learned nothing and when it happens again we can say oh well nothing we can do about refs changing the outcome of a game because they suck. The NFL is starting to blow.
