Should I trade Cook for Kenyon Drake, who would cost me my 5th-round pick? Or how about for Joe Mixon, who would cost me my 4th-round pick? Big Country Posted June 5, 2020 Share Posted June 5, 2020 I would absolutely do the deal for Mixon - is this a straight up trade, player for player? Reasoning is that in my opinion Mixon plus whomever you take in the 1st is going to be a fair bit better than Cook and whomever you get in the 4th. While the same is likely true for the Drake deal, particularly if focusing on this upcoming season, it is much closer in my opinion as I am not 100% sold on Drake as a long term solution for the Cardinals or as a viable fantasy back. Typically, my strategy is to keep the best player in the latest round, which in this case would be Mixon, but given the Bungles situation, I would probably go with Drake. Don't expect to find anyone better than Cook in this draft. I don't know where you are drafting but I'd grab a stud WR if you can. The only RB that I love in this draft is Jonathan Taylor.
