Hugh 0ne
Thanks in advance... Would u start Brooks @ DEN or SF @ Griese Next I have Horn, Harrison, Burleson and Kennison....I was thinking of benching Horn and playing Burleson and Kennison. Who would be your top 3 of those 4? Thanks Hugh 560600 Griese. I don't bench Horn. Start Horn, Harrison and Burleson.

Hugh 0ne
Hugh, I am in a mandatory 1 player keeper, in which you can only keep a player 1 year and than he goes back into the pool. I am virtually out of the playoffs, needing to win 4 games and have 2 players lose 3 games. I am thinking about trading Priest, Blaylock, Clayton and Rotheinsberger for Culpepper. I could keep Culpepper next year and can't keep Holmes (neither can he). Should I make this move to have Culpepper as my keeper next year (I never take a QB with my first pick, but....)? The scoring is standard performance scoring (6 pt Tds) and a 10 Team League. The rest of my roster, which can be kept is: Big Ben Leftwich McNair Henry Barlow Fred Taylor Andre Johnson Roy Williams Clayton 560611 Yep. You're all but out of it, and getting Culpepper for next year is HUGH, especially since you can't keep Priest, and there is no one else on your team that will be left worth more than CPep. Hugh 0ne
Howdy howdy. In a pickle here. I'm asking this assuming Chris Brown is out. Here's who I think I should start: Plummer vs. NOR Portis vs. Philly Pittman vs. SFO McCardell vs. OAK Rod Smith vs. NOR Chad Johnson vs. PIT Witten vs. BAL So, there are some reservations about Portis, as he's been lackluster and I'm afraid the Eagle will jump out big against them. So, would Hakim be a good substitute? If Detroit is playing catch-up again Minny the whole time, Hakim may have more potential than Portis this week. Thoughts? 560619 You do not start Hakim over Portis. Ever. Even if Portis isn't playing.
wildbluefan
Start T. Green or T. Brady , playing each other at KC ! Brady always seems to get 220 yds and 2 TDs, you can make book on it ! Will Green do better? Also, pick 2 of these 4 RBs : 1. Pittman vs. SF 2. McAlister vs. Denver 3. McGahee vs St. Louis 4. Dunn vs. Giants (I am leaning towards Pittman and McGahee, due to health and matchup concerns ) Thanks, man ! BLK&GLD
Wussup Hugh- Quick one: Pittman, Taylor or Bettis (assuming Deuce is still out)? -- already starting Droughns & Mason, DJax or CJ? Thanks man!! PS - As a P-burgh homer I'm digging the old Pens logo!

I actually think it should be a close, high scoring game, and think both QB's should do well, but I'd start Green, especially without Priest. McGahee. Although both Pittman and McAllister are good options as well.

My only hesitation with Taylor is I'm afraid he might not score, so I think Pittman is the slightly better option. I think Taylor may have more yards than Pittman, but I think Pittman has a very good opportunity to score this week. Keep Bettis on the bench for now, although he too should do quite well. I go with had Johnson.
Hugh 0ne
Oops - start two RBs and two WRs. Sorry! 560644 That's actually better, since you have nice options, at least at RB. Taylor and Pittman. Mason and CJ.

Phat Rugby
Hugh, I'm starting Clayton and Burleson at WR. I need to choose one more between Burress and Roy Williams. Also, ride Da Bears D (vs Indy) or go San Diego (@Oak) this week. Thanks.
slimshady31
Gents, and ladies, I'm back for another week. Please post pertinent info needed to make a decision, like scoring, roster and matchups, and PLEASE don't ask me to pick your entire lineup for you. If you do, you will make the official Hugh One ignore list. Anywho, I'm a bit busy today, so be patient, I'll try to get to as many questions as possible. Fire away. 560528 Hugh, two real quick things need your advice on: 1) which team def you like better to hold onto the rest of the year, TB or AZ, and 2) which two players would you drop off my roster for cut-down (one will be a def obviously, but who else)? Thanks, roster below. Bulger, Marc STL QB Rattay, Tim SFO QB Davis, Domanick HOU RB Green, William CLE RB Jackson, Steven STL RB Lewis, Jamal BAL RB Morris, Sammy MIA RB Thomas, Anthony CHI RB Boldin, Anquan ARI WR Gardner, Rod WAS WR Horn, Joe NOS WR Jackson, Darrell SEA WR Ward, Hines PIT WR Clark, Dallas IND TE Gates, Antonio SDC TE Longwell, Ryan GBP PK Buccaneers, Tampa Bay TBB Cardinals, Arizona ARI Def
Qball86
Posted this earlier but thought I'd ask you directly. I need 2 of these guys: Djax v Mia - Hass shaken up and NIA pass D is top 5. Won't Alexander be the focus against a team with no O? Clayton v SF - fairly confident w/Clay, SF is awful and Clay has been the #1 RoyW v Minn - its really between Roy and Djax to start with Clay. Minn O makes teams pass and Minn pass D is not good. Mix that with a bad RB and 1 WR in DET and Roy should be ok. Thoughts if you don't mind. Mjbdisc
Hugh some great matchups here, pick 2 clayton vs SF roy williams @ minn jimmy smith vs TEN mccardell @ oak last week you recommended jimmy and roy but I should have played clayton instead. I am leaning to playing jimmy and clayton. Jimmy had 15 targets, clayton is mr. consistency which I value highly. But Roy and keenan both have great matchups too lol. also, atlanta D @ giants, buffalo vs st louis, or arizona @ carolina.

DuckSurprise
Hugh - Got a couple of conundrums this week that i'm hoping you might help me decide on : first off at QB, liek everyone else who started him last week and expected big things, I am cold on Carr and just picked up Griese off waivers. So firstly: Carr V Packers Griese V 49ers I'm thinking that Griese, though he has been good lately, may not HAVE to throw that much as 49ers pretty much suck on all aspects of defense, while Carr will have to throw more (not that that means much judging by what he did against the Colts). my other conundrum is at RB: Blaylock V Patriots Pittman V 49ers I need to pair one of the above with Domanick Davis. Thinking Pittman might be the safer start to get me 10 - 15 points but not sure as he burned me a little this past week when Blaylock would have been the better start. Any help on these 2 questions would be much appreciated. Thanks fella!
Potman
Must Win situation this week...then again isn't that how it is every week!! Pick 1 TE and 1 RB. 6 pts for TD's no pts for Receptions. JPutzier DEN at NO KDilger TB vs SF -I like Dilger he's had the hot hand. AThomas CHI vs IND -Obviously have to wait for the end of the week, but my gut says ATrain is the safe bet. TJones CHI vs IND TWheatley vs SD
AO
Hugh...dont laugh....Ive got a kicker question for you. Longwell @ HOUSTON or Kaeding @ OAK. Thanks
GoTs
Alright Hugh, pull out the crystal ball. Regular performance scoring, greater points for longer TD (anything over 19 yds). Who has better chance of blown-up for big pts this week? Rattay or Griese? I'm in need of BIG week from QB. I'm leaning Rattay, because I think that TB is going to get out to a lead and run or atleast use Pittman alot in this game. Rattay's arm is a concern, doubtful he'll make through the season. What do you think?
alexandernevermind
Need 2 RBs, 1 QB, and 1 WR from the following this week: Carr vs GB Rattay @ TB LT @ OAK (still tentative about the injury & playing time) Wheatley vs SD D Davis vs GB Bettis @ CIN Moulds vs STL Driver @ HOU Thanks in advance for the input! bumpersb
I'm back. Same question. Although it's been 3 weeks since I last asked for your advice. Favre or McNabb? Do I take Favre against a low rated D on Sunday night where he likes the spot light. Or the inconsistent stub McNabb against a high rated D? bookman
Hugh, suggestions for starting 2 running backs. 12-Team, 3-divisions, non keeper league. Traditional scoring. Starting 2 RB. T. Jones/A. Thomas vs Indy K. Barlow vs TB K. Jones vs Min. Last report out of Chicago was Jones may start Sunday but might split carries K. Jones doing better maybe good start against Min.? Barlow, who knows. Any advise. Thanks.
