major-tom
Just read this from sportsline Duce got punched Duce Staley, RB PIT News: According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Steelers running back Duce Staley (hamstring) said it wasn't a pulled hamstring that sidelined him for three games but rather a bruised hamstring. Furthermore, Staley said the bruised hamstring was caused by a punch to the back of his leg by a New England Patriots player in Week 8. Analysis: Staley doesn't know which Patriots player hit him. He is currently listed as questionable for Week 12 against Washington. Jerome Bettis will again get the start if he can't play.

Whiskey Pimp
Why are so many players out with bruises lately? Is this normally the amount of bruised injuries?
Czarina
Hmmm, why do you suppose he felt the need to say this? Don't players do this crap to one another in the tackle pike all the time, in every game? Does he want a little cheese with that whine?
